It is few miles from Brighton, 17 miles from Downtown Denver, Boulder, Golden, 22 miles from Loveland, less than 30 minutes from DIA airport, and 45 minutes from skiing and camping. During the summer and fall there is something to do for everyone. Local activities include: Farmer Market, craft beverage, dinning, and weekend summer concert- and winter activities galore! I like to cook, I am more than willing to discuss food prep, clean up, and throwing your hat in with me.

This is the back of the house room on the top floor, it is classified as a 15 X 12 room, with a extra long closet. This room shares a common full bath the other upstairs residents.
Room comfortably fits a queen, night stand, and dresser. This room shares common entertainment area with the other residents.
Meals, with discussion, may be considered as added into the price. Details can be found in the renters agreement.
