We’re seeking someone who will treat this place like their own for a long time and enjoy the unique “off-grid” “urban homestead” we’ve built. You will interact directly with the homeowner as your property manager whose priority is being a good neighbor and keeping the house up but being as hands off as possible. Potential for rent breaks for tenants looking to improve the property with written permission. Make this little oasis your own!

Rent:

Includes power, gas, 2 x month basic gardening services, and water softening

Pets ok, there are dogs next door you will share a fence with – must have quiet, nonreactive dogs - Nomad charges a pet fee. Full rent can be lowered to cover the difference. We WANT a pet family.

Parking: 3 spaces – **driveway has a bump on it so need high clearance car to use it**

Storage: 1 car garage with storage, 3 sheds

Showings will be available starting Aug 21, 2024. The preferred lease start date is Sep 1, 2024 and the preferred lease duration is 1 year.
