Description

3 bedroom 3 bath home on 4.8 acres in a quiet country setting with gorgeous water view. This home is in Gardiner, just a 15 minute drive East of downtown Sequim. The huge great room has vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, built in shelving and a desk, and tons of windows overlooking the deck and view of Discovery Bay. Kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. There's a huge pantry for food and other storage. Large laundry room with washer and dryer included. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and door out to the back deck. The master bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower. There's a small bedroom or office and 3/4 bathroom down the hall from the master bedroom. On the other side of the house is the 3rd bedroom, with lots of closet space and its own full bathroom. This bedroom also has a door going out to the deck. At the back of the house is an additional 400 square foot cabin/storage space. And there's a 2 car garage with electric opener and space for storage. Rent includes sewer/septic, grass mowing, and shrub & tree maintenance. Tenants are responsible for weeding the planter beds. Pets possible on case-by-case basis with $500 additional deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. First and last month's rent and security deposit are required. We are looking for long-term, responsible, non-smoking/vaping, tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.
