This bedroom also has a door going out to the deck. At the back of the house is an additional 400 square foot cabin/storage space. And there's a 2 car garage with electric opener and space for storage. Rent includes sewer/septic, grass mowing, and shrub & tree maintenance. Tenants are responsible for weeding the planter beds. Pets possible on case-by-case basis with $500 additional deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. First and last month's rent and security deposit are required. We are looking for long-term, responsible, non-smoking/vaping, tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month.
