It is furnished, and includes utilities and internet. The suite is separated from the main house, and no one can access your suite. However, you will also have access to the entire kitchen, laundry, and living space areas inside the main house. The suite will be available on April 1st, 2025. We might accept pets with an initial non-refundable fee and a monthly fee.

Currently, the tenants in the main house are single individuals aged 25 and older. The lease will be a monthly basis rental for those who will needed for a short term stay.
