Best views in Colorado Springs! This amazing 2 bed, 1 bath, 910 sf condo has all the amenities and is located in a very quiet, gated community. The community has tons of open greenspace, a well maintained tennis/pickleball court and a nice outdoor pool. The entrance is manned by a private guard and the property is very quiet and secluded. Our upstairs unit is nicely updated and very well maintained. It has a remodeled kitchen and bath that include granite counters and stainless steel appliances. We also offer a front loading washer and dryer and air conditioning. A large deck off the back of the property overlooks Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak as well. There is an oversized carport with one parking space under cover and plenty of uncovered/unassigned parking in immediate area. Adjacent to the carport is a private storage space as well.

This place is a gem for someone looking for a little serenity after a long day. This neighborhood is about 5 minutes to Garden of the Gods, 10 minutes to Old Colorado City-shopping and restaurants, Red Rock Canyon open space and Manitou Springs. I-25 and downtown-including Weidner Field, Monument Valley Park, America the Beautiful Park and 10 minutes away as well. Sorry, no real yard here and owner wishes to keep it a no pet property. (PTSR), as defined in Section 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and if

the prospective tenant provides a PTSR, we are prohibited from charging the

prospective tenant a rental application fee or a fee to access or use the PTSR. If

you intend to provide a PTSR, you must make it available to us, along with a

statement that there has been no material change in the information, prior to

filling out our application. Your PTSR must have been completed within the last

30 days and made available to us at no cost to access or use in the rental

application process (C.R.S 38-12-904(1.5)(b)(I, III, and IV)).

Broadmoor Bluffs Realty will screen all prospective tenants regardless of PTSR

to ensure they meet our tenant screening qualifications.
