The kitchen features tile countertops, an electric stove, a built-in microwave, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a laundry space with a washer and dryer.

The balcony is perfect for relaxing and also comes with a storage area. The community features a large pool. Two entrances to the complex (Scenic Hwy and Hyde Park). Hyde Park has overflow parking for the complex.

We are pleased to say this home is pet-friendly. We will consider 2 pets under 15 lbs. Prior approval is required, and all pets are screened through a 3rd party provider. (Aggressive breed dogs will not be considered). There is a non-refundable pet fee. Animals must be at least one year of age.
