Room for Rent - ¦ *Placement Only - Once approved and moved in, Tenant will be dealing directly with Owner or their representative.
¦ Room for Rent - All Utilities Included plus Wifi. Tenant/Roommate is responsible for their own tv provider services (such as Hulu, Netflix etc.) No additional cable or satellite services are permitted.
¦ Shared bathroom
¦ Shared kitchen access (roommates have an individual fridge to share - separate from main fridge)
¦ Shared laundry room access
¦ Bed and Dresser provided, can bring own (please let WWPM know if you need provided items removed before tenancy)
¦ Tenant/Roommate is responsible to clean up after themselves, supply their own food, toiletries, laundry products and any other necessary supplies (these are not provided and not included with rent).
¦ Parking is limited to (1) vehicle - street side parking only. Guest(s) must use street parking as well.
¦ Terms: Month-to-Month Rental Agreement + $400.00 Deposit
¦ Pet(s): No additional pets are permitted by the owner (PLEASE NOTE: current occupant has dogs)
¦ No Smoking/Vaping will be accepted - medical or otherwise
¦ Note: In order to avoid internet scams, be sure to make contact with the company directly.
¦ RENTERS INSURANCE may be required. DEPOSITS listed are the base deposits and may increase if any deficiencies are found in screening of credit, rental history and/or employment history or for an approved animal(s). Mail Box Key Deposit $40 (when key is available). All properties are NON SMOKING/VAPING. AVAILABILITY may vary depending on tenant move-out. ALL adults over 18 years of age must fill out an application. The APPLICATION FEE is $50.00 / per adult applicant.
