This rental is for 2 rooms with closets (bedroom and office/studio) and private bathroom in a spacious shared house in the Upper Ninth Ward. The rooms are connected by a little hall with an additional closet. This section of the house is 466 sq/ft, and would be your personal space. This space is unfurnished, the shared space is furnished. The house would be shared with me, owner of the house, Ive been here ten years. If you work from home, or have an art practice/hobby that needs its own space, this would be perfect for you! I am an artist and costumer who works in a studio outside of the home.

The space is 2100 sq/ft., both the rental bedroom and the office/studio space are 175sq/ft each with its own cute and roomy bathroom. My bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor, opposite side of the house, so they are very separate and private. The shared living area and kitchen are large. There is a washer and dryer. Big fenced in yard with pecan and fig trees, deck, fire pit, room for a garden. Off street parking with some garage space available, attic space available as well. I have a 14 year old cat who can live with other cats or small/calm dogs.
