We, the owners, live upstairs and keep the property in good condition. We care about our home and make sure that it is a safe and comfortable place to live. There are birds and bunnies (wild) in the backyard and lots of shrubs, flowers, and plantings- its a peaceful neighborhood. The apartment is filled with natural light and stays cool throughout the summer- were providing a very nice, quiet window AC for the apartment. The apartment was just completely painted- there is a brand new stove, and a new refrigerator is on its way. The house is on a one-way street, and there is on-street parking.
The apartment is suitable for one single professional, or a professional couple. Not suitable for more than two people. All parties must pass background checks.
We are quiet and expect the tenants to be courteous, and polite- no loud, party-type folks. No smoking, no drugs, no dogs, no rodents or snakes for pets- no loud pets. Two cats are permissible. Thanks.
