Both places are very well insulated, and a heavy (double) wall barrier provides complete noise free partitioning. All doors to the exterior have a manual lock and latch from inside.
My wife and I live on the property. I will be available to assist you most anytime. The house is a great place, very clean, recently renovated and has all new bedding. The home and property are secured with perimeter fencing and security system. Best of all, its strategically located and close to both the Everglades and the Fl. Keys (15 min to EG, and 40 min to Key Largo). We have in addition, lots of local places of interest , such as Schneblys Winery, an amazing Fruit & Spice park, or just meet my farmer friends (and neighbors) for behind the scene Homestead people enjoying and working in our local community.
