6. Parking? One covered assigned space, plus one other parking pass.
7. Security Deposit at move-in? Usually, it is the same amount as the rent.
8. What credit score do I need? Typically, a 700 or better score.
9. Do you accept people with evictions? No, there are no exceptions.
10. Do you accept co-signers? No.

12. Do you accept people without a social security number? No.
13. What is the income requirement? Typically, it is two times the rent amount. You must submit your last two months of pay stubs if you are an employee. Suppose you collect payments from a 3rd source (like disability, SSI, Section 8, or Retirement). In that case, If you are considered an Independent Contractor or Self-Employed, I will need your last two bank statements.
