It also contains a spacious living room with large TV; fully equipped kitchen with all the dining essentials; and laundry room with washer & dryer that leads to a 2 car carport.
Monthly and Weekly Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental (USD):
Apr: $1176 weekly /$2835 monthly;
May-Sept: $945 weekly/$1599 monthly;
October: $1176 weekly/ $ 2457 monthly;
November: $2455 monthly

Enjoy the comforts of a nice fully furnished Vacation Rental located in Old Town Scottsdale. The house is within 2 miles to the very upscale Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall complex, blocks of the best shopping centers, canal/waterfront district, entertainment district, art galleries and many of the best restaurants and the hottest nightlife in Scottsdale. Golf courses are plenty and many of the highest rated courses in Arizona are just minutes away from this location. The house is within 10 minutes of the airport. Great quite neighborhood with wonderful neighbors and near all that Scottsdale has to offer. Perfect rental for families.
This is a vacation rental that includes:
-Linens, fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and dishes, refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer inside the unit, private pool, grill, starter kits of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels.
This unit is also pet friendly with authorization from our management company and a non-refundable pet fee of $150-$250. You will be required to pay a $175-$215 cleaning fee depending on length of stay, $99-$125 non-refundable damage waiver and a security deposit starting at $500. The length of your stay and the size of the unit will determine the amount of the security deposit.
The Security Deposit is to cover any electricity bills over $100/month. The owner will pay up to $100 of the bill. This is only applied to tenants whose stay is 21+ days during the summer months of April-October. Anything we do not use, we refund back to you after you check out.
