There is a $75.00 utility fee for gas and water due in addition to rent each month. Tenant is also responsible for electric and cable/internet. Pets permitted with additional $500.00 deposit and $25.00 per month in pet rent!

Tenants that do not upload their own renters insurance to the Tenant portal 5 days prior to move in will be automatically included in the RBP and the renters insurance program.
