$700 Room - 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apartment
Who am I: 34 year old white guy. Born in Austin, raised in Spain. I work in tech.
What’s for rent: Single bedroom of 116 square feet with a shared bathroom.
Looking for: Female/male roommate, preferably in the age range of 25-35.
What’s walking/biking distance: (Google-Maps: Rosedale Neighborhood) Greenbelt hike and bike trail, central market, restaurants, bars, cafes, UT campus, ACC campus, SXSW, ACL, town lake, lake Austin, etc. Almost downtown!
Where I usually have issues with roommates: My place is always tidy/clean. If you leave a space dirtier than it was when you came to it initially, that’s not being clean, we just won’t work. I’m very considerate and essentially I would love for you to be too, like late night noise or not helping out. My preferred AC temperature is 77-78.
Furniture/decoration: The house is already furnished except for your room.
Lease: The lease will be month to month. If you’re not actually clean or considerate please don’t apply, I’ll just cancel your lease!
Conclusion: I’m pretty laid back except for those concerns. The area is great, we usually do BBQ’s every other month with the other apartment tenants, it’s a great community. Previous living references will be much appreciated!
