If we had to nit pick the house, the only thing missing is the Atlantic Ocean out the back because this home has it all in charm and comfort. Martha Stewart would blush at the finish and design selections. A professional designer nailed the aesthetics, and an old school carpenter brought it all to life.

There are arches for passageways that seem to tunnel you into another charming world. There are even custom built-ins in these arches!
One of the best ways to describe the house is that it would score really high on functional and enjoyable living spaces. Each of these spaces from the eat-in kitchen bench seating, to the open front columned porch; to the back pergola deck; and the cozy living room with marble hearth fireplace, is a candidate for best spot in the house. Most houses have one of these spaces. This house seems to have nailed multiple.
The kitchen has high-end Wolf appliances and is one of the largest rooms in the house. An ideal place to congregate especially with the aforementioned built-in kitchen bench seat that wraps up to the wall of windows looking out into the backyard. These windows drench the kitchen with morning sun.
The slider to the deck is a perfect spot and has great flow from the kitchen. The paver walkway to the garage, white fence, and all the mature landscaping, is all so fitting for this caliber of a house.
