We have options of rooms that range from:
$1200/month: Large Room with Private Whole Bathroom (if available)
$1100/month: Regular Room with Private Whole Bathroom (if available)
$1000/month: Large Room with Shared Bathroom OR Private Half Bathroom
$900/month: Regular Room with Shared Bathroom OR Private half bathroom
$800/month: Large Room with No Private Bathroom
$750/month: Regular Sized Room with no Private Restroom
Parking: There is no off-street parking option offered at the Brooklyn, but there are options around the area (within 5 blocks) that have monthly parking costs of $175 and $300 per month (as examples).
Utilities: $95 for 1 Person, $135 for 2 People (Includes PG&E, Water, Garbage, Internet)
Security Deposit equals one month's rent.
Renter's Insurance is Required.
Renter must make at least 3 Times the Rent.
Application Fee: $53 (Non Refundable)
