We have quality and responsive maintenance on staff to make quick repairs, however, we only lease to highly responsible tenants who are respectful of our time, as we will be with you! Thus, you'll need to be able to make small normal repairs, keep up with HVAC filters and batteries, ensure no clogged drains, etc.
We screen heavily as we only want quality responsible people as our residents. The screening system does do a complete evictions check, credit check, criminal background check, and reference check. There is a $50 application fee for each adult 18+ who will occupy the property.
We like to see a credit score of at least 640+, and bank statements, proof of income/pay stubs, and reference check will be performed. That said, we DO work with many situations. We understand people who have made a mistake in the past and have learned from it and changed for the better. If there is something that makes yours unique or something you need to expand on outside of the application, just reach out and tell us more!
