During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays, all of our houses have a five-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.

You'll love this 1 bedroom/1 bathroom **with bonus room** lower level apartment in a quiet West Asheville neighborhood. Lawn care is tenant responsibility. Water and trash included. 2 person max. **Please note, this rental has a separate driveway and entrance from the upstairs renters.
