No bankruptcies in the past 3 years. Three years of good rental history; no evictions, no late rental payments or home ownership.
Everyone over the age of 18 must complete an application and will be listed on the lease.

Approved applicants will be expected to pay the security deposit within 48 hours of approval. First month's rent payment is required prior to move-in.
