House on the best block of Northern Liberties will be available to rent on July 15. Weve had three sets of long-term tenants occupying the house for collectively 10 years. When the previous tenants moved out I replaced both decks, one off the kitchen on the first floor, and the other on the third floor off the third-floor bedroom. This block is special, Im a caring owner who lives across the street and is very attentive when any hiccups present themselves, and if youre nice, I also shovel during winter storms :) The house is great for a couple or possibly for a group of people looking to split the house. Im ideally looking for people who would be ok signing a two-year lease or someone who thinks theyll be staying in the house for a couple of years. Id need to approve of the dogs, as I have one and have been a dog owner for years, I know how somewhat destructive they can be.
