Hello! I’m looking for a roommate to join my four bedroom house in Thornton. The house is a spacious tri-level design with three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. This post is for one of the rooms on the upper level and is 9x12 feet. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood near Thornton Parkway and is about five minutes east of I-25. There is a gym and shopping center five minutes away and it’s about 15 minutes from Denver and 35 minutes from Boulder. I currently live in one of the three rooms upstairs and have no other roommates right now. There’s an extra space in the garage which will be an additional $50/month if you’d like to park there but otherwise there’s plenty of street parking in the neighborhood. Pets are welcome.
I’m 26 years old and work remotely as an engineer. I love the outdoors and am interested in skiing, climbing, mountain biking and hiking. I like to keep shared spaces clean but am not a neat freak by any means. I’m looking for a male roommate in their 20s or 30s who wants to be social but also respects boundaries. Security deposit will be one month of rent and the first month of rent will be due on move-in. The pet deposit for a dog will be $200 and $100 for a cat. Utilities will be about $150/month. Minimum 650 credit score. No history of violent or destructive crimes or evictions. After making an application I will run a background and credit check (this costs $45 which you will pay for when making the application).
