Single 9.5x10 room for ONE person w/decent sized closet for rent short term. House has two full bathrooms, 1.5 kitchens, plus shed, 3 bedrooms (one occupied by me, the 2nd by a friend who will be moving out soon) a huge basement and big backyard. I'll also have a ping pong table and workout equipment in the basement available for use.
Just a few miles north of DT Minneapolis, blocks from food, parks and shopping. Three blocks from both the Minneapolis FBI headquarters and Brooklyn Center police department so the neighborhood is safe.
Me; 34 year old professional male. When I'm home I'm usually pretty low key. I enjoy sports, the outdoors, traveling, TV and video games here n there.
You; trustworthy, respectful, clean. (Similar interests would be nice but not a requirement)
I will be requiring a formal rental application, so you'll need pay stubs, proof of employment, and rental history.
