I know that this house is on Arthur, but you've *gotta* admit, she's kinda serving "Darla". Maybe you can call her Darlin' and she'll find it endearing. But also, maybe she's an inanimate object that doesn't emote. So, anyway- Darla is a lot more modern that you might initially expect. This bish has open living/dining with a breakfast bar, stainless appliances, TWO poopers, AND an absolutely dArLiNg wrap-around porch! Oh baby, is that a clothesline, or a frisbee golf goal out back? Who cares?! This gal is great.
Off-street parking on that lil drive-up driveway.
Lawncare included for your BIG 'OL BACKYARD, so are water/sewer/trash. Additional storage, and w/d hookups in the basement!
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
