Use of all cooking utensils, appliances and dishware is allowed plus one-half of side-by-side refrigerator/freeze in the kitchen. Storage allowed in kitchen cabinets and food pantry. Renter and owner will share equally in the maintenance/cleaning of the common areas. Parking on premises and use of garage when not in use by owners visiting guest will be allowed. Within a year, guests will stay overnight (downstairs guestrooms) approximately 20 times. No Smoking allowed. Renter will provide $795 first month rent, $200 last month rent and $300 security deposit for a total of $1295 before moving in.
