The master bedroom is large, with 2 closets, and master bath has a door going out to the deck in the back yard. Laundry room off the garage with washer and dryer included (provided as-is). 2 car garage with electric opener, shop bench, and built-in storage shelves. Nice sun room leading out to the back yard. The back yard is nicely landscaped and includes 3 apple trees. Yard care is the tenants responsibility so be sure you have the equipment and time to mow the grass, weed the planter areas, and keep the shrubs trimmed and looking nice, OR, be willing to hire a landscaper to take care of it for you. No pets preferred but 1 cat or small dog is possible on a case-by-case basis with $500 additional security deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. First and last month's rent and security deposit are required. We are looking for responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month, and willing to sign a minimum of a 12-month lease. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.
