The master bedroom is large, with 2 closets, and master bath has a door going out to the deck in the back yard. Laundry room off the garage with washer and dryer included (provided as-is). 2 car garage with electric opener, shop bench, and built-in storage shelves. Nice sun room leading out to the back yard. The back yard is nicely landscaped and includes 3 apple trees. Yard care is the tenants responsibility so be sure you have the equipment and time to mow the grass, weed the planter areas, and keep the shrubs trimmed and looking nice, OR, be willing to hire a landscaper to take care of it for you.
