LEASING FEES:

Monthly Rent: $5,250

Refundable Security Deposit: $5,250

Refundable Cleaning Deposit: $600

• Earn three times the monthly rent

• Supply current verifiable income

• Complete an application if over the age of 18

• Qualify on their own - co-signers will not be considered

• Not be currently on unemployment
