APPLICATION & SECURITY DEPOSIT: Non-refundable application fee of $65.00 per applicant (age 18 or older). Visit our website to apply. We do not accept Zillow applications. Security deposit of $1420 + is due upon applying. Your first months rent is due [in full] the day you move in.
APPLIANCES: Refrigerator included! Washer/dryer hook up only, you will need to bring your own. After 30 days of move in, you will be responsible for servicing the refrigerator. The landlord will be responsible for servicing the remaining [fixed] appliances.
UTILITIES: All utilities must be turned on in your name from move in date through your lease expiration date. [OG&E, ONG, and The City of Norman.]
