2. Utilities fees additional: electricity, cable & internet, water, garbage ($150/person monthly, additional to rent).
TRANSPORTATION:
Easy street parking with NO street cleaning parking restrictions. Easy access to public transportation. Near the Forest Hill MUNI train station.
Near UCSF Parnassus campus - across the street from the Aldea housing complex, with 5 minutes walk to the free UCSF shuttle stop. Great for people who work/go to school at UCSF / Downtown.
HOUSE:
Nice house for mature students and professionals to share. 3-4 separate furnished rooms immediately available.
Nice view of the Twin Peaks, with deck & landscaped backyard.
On-site coin-operated laundry. . Household cleaning of common areas are shared by tenants to keep the living environment clean and pleasant.
