Florence Events Center is 1/4 mile away. Three Rivers Casino and Resort is only .9 mile. Safeway store is 1/4 mile away. The beach is only .7 miles away as is the Sand Dunes.
Relax after a long day in the hot tub with a beautiful view of the Siuslaw River and an exterior BBQ for entertaining on warm days.
Our home is two story. First floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, two night stands that function as dressers and a TV, kitchen is a light and airy with lots of windows and a breakfast bar with a view of the river, a full sized bathroom with a walk in shower and full washer and dryer, built in cabinets for towels and a clothes closet.
The 2nd floor has a wet bar, 1/2 bathroom, comfortable couch, 2 recliners, coffee table and TV in the living room. The view is wonderful from this area as well. The bedroom has a queen bed with 2 end tables and built in dresser drawers. Wake up to the sunshine glistening off the Siuslaw River.
