Subjected to immediate eviction with no refund of any money paid and hefty fines starting out at $350.00, by resort, HOA and/or owner.
Monthly rental fee includes the following:
New king bed and new love seat couch.
Full size appliances and fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware.
Blender, Keurig, Drip Style, and an electric Tea Kettle that does not go on the stove to heat.
Air Purifier.
Tower Fan.
Dehumidifier.
53 Smart TV.
Garment hangers.
Iron, and ironing board.
Free Parking.
