Heat, trash, lawn care, snow plowing, and cold water/sewer is all included!! Resident is responsible for the electricity.
Dog's negotiable for an additional $25 a month per pet- vet records and vaccinations records required. If it is a dog- we must meet the dog.
Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
1 year lease required
