As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises.
We will allow up to 2 small dogs in the home, unfortunately no cats. Pets must be no less than 12 months old. If approved, there is a $300 Deposit per pet plus $35 per month added to rent per pet.
