RENTAL HISTORY- We verify that all applicants are in good standing with their current and/or previous landlords and that no unpaid rent/fees are due to current and/or previous landlords. Also, we verify no evictions have been filed on the applicant in the last 5 years.
INCOME REQUIREMENT is 3.5x the market rent (i.e. $2,450.00 x 3.5 = $5,575.00 total combined monthly income).
