Please note: A third bathroom is being planned and will be built in the back room that currently opens to the backyard. There currently are only 2 bathrooms, so until the third bathroom is completed, the second bathroom is shared between the 4 non-master bedrooms.
Room options:
1 room is still available for a yearly (till Dec 31st of current year) lease at $500/month.
Monthly leases are available at $50 more per month.
If you would like to share a bedroom with an existing tenant or are coming in with a friend, shared room rates are also available pending approval by the landlord.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $500 is due prior to moving in.
Utilities:
Utilities and other monthly house fees are split evenly among each of the tenants and include: Electric, Water, Sewer, Washer-Dryer rental, and Internet.
The average total of these each month (before splitting) was $400 in 2023. This would be $80 per person per month.
Shared spaces:
The kitchen, living room, dining room, garage, patio, and yard are all shared spaces in which tenants can congregate, host, and generally share with each other.
Housemate details
Currently, there is one tenant, who has been at the house for a couple years. He is a young, single professional.
