Looking for tenant(s) to re-let our 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in the heart of Lakeview. Located on Patterson and Broadway, this apartment sits at the back of a courtyard with front views of the courtyard and street. It is a bi-level apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Due to the apartments location, it is very quiet all year around. Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator included. This apartment has hardwood floors on the main level and carpeting on the stairs and lower level which was replaced in summer 2021 and has not been worn out. The tenant will pay gas and electric, however the price is fairly reasonable, depending on how much the tenant uses. Laundry is onsite and just a short walk down to the lower level of the building. My finance and I have lived here for 3 years and the experience has been wonderful, but we are relocating for work and have purchased a new home. The lease would begin August 1, 2024 and the new tenant would sign a new lease at the current rental amount of $2220 per month. No security deposit, rather a non-refundable $600 move in fee. $75 application fee per applicant. Cats ok, but please ask Cagan Management the policy on dogs.
