The apartment is 800 sqft and rents for $1499/month, plus each adult tenant pays $40/month as a water/sewer/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling, common electric and water/sewer. We will require strong rental history, good credit, and a $1499 partially-refundable security deposit ($150 will be retained for carpet cleaning). No last month's rent is required. One or two neutered or spayed cats are acceptable with pet rent ($35/month for each cat with no pet deposit). Sorry, no dogs.
