Tenant pays gas, electric, $75 monthly water, and takes care of yard such as grass mowing, landscaping snow removal.
We will do a background check and a credit check. We look for a credit score of 560 or higher with no felonies or evictions/filings. We will perform an income verification looking for 3x the monthly rent in income.

Application fee is $65 non-refundable per adult.
$300 non-refundable pet fee and $35 per pet per month pet rent. ( cat only)

Upon approval there is a $199 admin fee charged at move in.The security deposit upon approval will hold the property for approved tenant until the move in is scheduled.
