We are looking for a roommate to fill a single bedroom in our downstairs apartment. Located one block from the corner of 9th and 9th, and 2 blocks from the Smiths. Security deposit is $400.
We (the current occupants) are both 23 year old males, with one attending Westminster University and the other at Salt Lake Community College. We both ski, rock climb, play soccer, and share a general love for anything outdoors. We are looking for a roommate of a similar age and lifestyle, however are reasonably flexible.
Utilities are generally around $50-80 a month per person, with $25 for wi-fi not included in that. We share a large bathroom with 2 sinks and mirrors, a shower tub combo and plenty of storage space. There is an in-unit dishwasher, laundry machines and the living room is furnished. If needed, there is a separate storage unit with changing availability.
The room itself is medium-small sized, but can fit a queen bed and a dresser comfortably. There is a spacious closet, window, lock on the door, and a glass desk with an overhead light built into one corner of the room.
As roommates, we expect a clean person (in shared spaces and with dishes) and respectful of noise. Guests are welcome, as long as they respect the house and housemates. Up-stairs neighborhood are kind and respectful, generally quiet. Lease will be from July 1st 2024 to June 30th, 2025.
