Tenant(s) will be responsible to pay some, or all, of the utility charges indicated per their lease terms. For some multi-tenant properties, Tenant may be billed through a 3rd party billing service for utilities which are not individually metered, and will need to enroll in the service as of the Lease Commencement Date. Tenant will receive a welcome letter directly from the 3rd party billing service with instructions on how to enroll and pay for their share of the utilities.
