Have you been struggling to find a place that you can afford with just a Social Security check? Gardens of Eden is the home for you!
Those who have experienced homelessness are especially encouraged to apply!
As long as you are eligible for Social Security (SSDI) and Food Stamps (EBT), you will qualify to live at one of our Eden Homes.
If you are eligible, but not currently receiving SSDI or EBT, we will help you get the necessary documents and walk you through the steps to receive them.
There is **NO DEPOSIT** **NO CREDIT CHECK**
We accept anyone age 50+ or anyone receiving Disability from the government.
Eden Homes come fully furnished with a bed, couch, dresser, and optional HDTV with Cable.
WARNING: We have a strict respect-others policy, and we not tolerate any residents who are not respectful of the other residents at the property. ***This means cleaning up after yourself, not leaving dishes in the sink, maintaining personal hygiene, and keeping the bathroom clean.***
Please feel free to report any issues you are having with other residents to us.
There is a 6-month minimum lease term, but you get an $20 credit each month if you sign up for a two-year lease ($480 savings in total!).
