The apartment is equipped with a tile shower, a full kitchen, and the fastest internet in town. Downtown Manchester is just 3 miles away, and Saint Anselm College is just 1 mile away.This beautiful Victorian home has been converted into 6 apartments. This unit is located in the rear of the building in the former carriage house. The apartment was fully renovated in early 2023 with modern plumbing, a beautiful new bathroom, and an updated kitchen.
The large bedroom features a closet, dresser, reading nook, Roku TV, and king-size memory foam mattress. The small bedroom comes with a twin-size memory foam day bed with a trundle, Roku TV, storage cubes, and a closet in the hallway.
The rent is $2400 per month for a 3-month lease, $2,200 for a 6-month lease, and $2,000 for a 9-month lease. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED (including Xfinity!) No pets allowed. To move in, we require one month's rent on the day you move in and one month's rent as a security deposit within three days of signing the lease. The second month's rent will be prorated based on the day you move in.

3) Your application is screened within 3-5 business days and presented to the owner. If the owner approves, you may sign the lease, put down a security deposit, and schedule your move-in.
Blue Door Living has the following application requirements:
- The gross monthly household income must equal at least 3x the monthly rent.
- You must have had no evictions or foreclosures within the past four years.
- You must owe no money to a utility company, property manager/previous landlord.
- At least one applicant must have a credit score of 600 or higher.
