Hi Everyone! Because one of our roommates is leaving early, were looking for a new roommate for a sub-lease take over, with an option for a one year lease afterwards. We are within a short 3-4 minute bus ride away from the Malden Center Station on the Orange T Line. Our apartment unit is located in a quiet neighborhood right off of Fellsway West and Pleasant Street in Malden, and offers a variety of local amenities including a Target, restaurants, drug stores, convenience stores, salons, the Fellsmere Pond and the Middlesex Fells Reservation for hiking enthusiasts. We have access to a scenic second floor balcony, a backyard deck and a pool table in a designated game room. Please DM me if interested.
About Us: Im a working professional in the defense industry who enjoys a tidy and calm living space, but also the occasional board game night, movie night, potluck or a few rounds of pool with friends. I share the apartment unit with a couple of others who are in warehouse work and public transportation. We are in our 20s and 30s. We value active communication, integrity and a clean living space, and we are looking for someone who shares those same values.
About You: Were looking for roommates who are clean, organized, considerate and respectful. Ideally, someone who is also in their late 20s or in their 30s and working too. Open to graduate students. Here are some qualities we look for in potential housemates:
• Cleanliness: Youre someone who takes pride in keeping shared spaces and your personal area tidy.
• Organization: You have a system in place for your belongings, and you understand the importance of a clutter-free living environment.
• Respect: Youre considerate of others space, belongings, and privacy. Communication is key, and we should be able to address any concerns openly and maturely.
• Punctuality: You pay rent and bills on time, respecting the financial responsibilities that come with shared living.
