About the house: Looking preferably for an all-girl household. There is already a large dog on the property who does not get along great with other dogs so I cannot accept more pets on the property.
Looking for people who are generally quiet, since I wake up as early as 5am and sleep by 9 and work from home. Looking for a roommate who values cleanliness and is respectful. Ideally we would set up an equitable chore schedule to keep the house clean so looking for someone who is good at cleaning up after themselves. No smoking of any kind is allowed. Looking forward to meeting our new roommate!
