Hello! - I am looking to rent out my 3bd/2bth condo in Emerson Uptown Lofts, located at 17th and Emerson Street in Denver, Colorado.

About the property:

Open kitchen and living room layout. Comes with large U style couch that can seat 6/7 people, as well as a coffee table.

3 Parking Spaces (1 indoor and 2 outdoor), with additional streetside parking for guests.

Master Room: ~210 sqft with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet

Middle Room: ~180 sqft - perfect for an office

Corner Room: ~180 sqft

Rooms:

Master bedroom can easily fit a king sized bed, additional couch/chairs, and dresser. The walk-in closet has enough space for a couple and is connected to a private ensuite bathroom. Both Corner and Middle rooms are large enough to fit any size bed, dresser, and additional furniture or be turned into a home office. Both rooms have normal sized closets. Corner room has two nice big windows facing west and north. Middle room has a big window facing north.

Lease

The unit is available September 1st, 2024 but I am flexible to move-in dates. I am also open to a flexible lease arrangement.

Location

We are located at the intersection of 17th and Emerson in Denvers pristine Uptown (North Capitol Hill) neighborhood. I am probably biased, but I dont think there is a better location in the city. The condo is located across the street from Watercourse Foods and is within a 30 second to 3-minute walk of several Uptown s best restaurants, bars, and music venues.

Photos: As noted, the only furnishing will be the appliances and U-Couch and the coffee table.
