Located in the Webber Park neighborhood of Sleepy Hollow, you are within walking distance of the Philipse Manor and the Tarrytown Metro North train stations. NYC is less than an hour away by local train (and express trains are even faster!)

Life in the intertwined villages of Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown means that a short walk leads you to the Warner Library, grocery shop, two pharmacies, Greek, Indian, Italian, Japanese, Latin American, Chinese, and Thai restaurants, inspired home shops, award-winning coffee shop, award-winning farmers market, bakeries, ice-cream, thrift shops, and a variety of gyms. Hop in a car, and be on a major thoroughfare heading anywhere in the tri-state or beyond. Important bits: No pets of any kind, please dont ask, and smoking is prohibited on the property. Tenants pay all utilities, except water, and are responsible for following village snow removal and recycling policies. ***Folks interested in living here will tell us a little about themselves including letting us know in their response when they are looking to begin a lease, that they understand that there is no smoking on the property and no pets allowed, and can share with us their FICO score and a nice selection of references from people who think you are pretty great.***

All correspondence is strictly via e-mail, which helps keep us organized. With our current schedules, sometimes we dont get to view or respond for several days. We apologize in advance and dont want you to worry - there will be a lag at some point or another. Weve got pix, but not many because we stink at taking pictures but we are happy to share them via email, just ask in your introduction email. We value the privacy of our current neighbor-occupants and dont post photos publicly.
