Utilities: All utilities, including water, sewer, garbage collection, electricity, gas, internet, and cable, are the responsibility of the tenant and are not included in the rent.
Pet policy:
This townhome allows up to two pets (cats or dogs) with a combined weight not exceeding 80 pounds. All pets must be properly licensed and vaccinated as required by local laws. The townhome features a small, fenced-in yard suitable for pets. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and maintaining the yard. Tenants with pets must carry renters insurance that includes pet liability coverage of at least $100,000.
By submitting an application for this townhome, prospective tenants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above lease terms. The complete lease agreement will be provided to approved applicants prior to move-in.
Standard deposit is one month of rent (subject to increase based on credit score).
For each pet, there is a non-refundable move-in fee of $200 and monthly fee of $35.
