We have multiple suites and rooms available for rent in our rooming house, some are large enough for couples and some are for single occupancy only. All rooms come with a fridge and microwave and the kitchenettes come with a sink, hot plate, fridge, microwave and kitchen island in the room.
We have shared toilets and showers on each floor and coin-op laundry.
We offer month to month tenancies, with first, last and deposit due on move in. You will find that we are very hands on landlords and will make the effort to make sure you have a good place to live when you rent from us. We are responsive to issues and tenant requests, and we ask that our tenants do their part to help keep the place clean and contribute to a friendly, peaceful living environment.
This building is pest free, drug free, smoke free, with security cameras around the outside and in the common areas in the building. We are within walking distance to the commuter rail into Boston and multiple bus lines stop close to the building making for an easy commute to work, grocery shopping, and other areas.
