Plentiful street parking and a quiet neighborhood.

Pet Policy: Property is limited to 2 animals, 1 cat and 1 dog maximum. Dogs must weigh less than 50lbs. Pet rent (non-refundable) is $50 per animal per month. Pet security deposit (refundable) is $200 per animal.
Occupancy Limit: Due to square footage, property is limited to 4 people including children.
Tenant Requirements:
650+ credit score (717 is the national average)
$6,000 gross (pre-tax) income per month (3x income is a common standard)
Required to carry renters insurance
If splitting the rent, each person will be on their own lease. Each person will have to have a 650+ credit score. Each person doesn’t have to make $6k gross, but the total income of all those splitting must be over $6k gross. If one party wants out of the property before the lease is up, they will be subject to $2,000 fee for a breaking the terms of the lease unless you are able to find a replacement.
