Single Occupancy Room for Rent
Single Occupancy room available. It is $750/month. It is the room for rent with access to the shared house. All utilities, high speed wifi, and many household supplies included. plus extra basement storage and shared laundry. This room is fully furnished!
The room has a queen platform bed with a cool gel memory foam mattress, a cabinet, a night stand, dresser, desk and rolly chair. it also has a keypad door knob lock for your privacy.
The house has a shared kitchen, living room, dining room, foyer, full bathroom, and half bathroom. We also have laundry machines in the basement so you wouldnt have to use a laundromat. The house also had ADT security and security cameras at the front and back entrances.
Our back yard is also huge and has a fire pit and grill. Plus we have a 4-5 car drive way which you would have a spot in to park your car. There is also plenty of street parking
We do require an application, and once that is filled out and submitted we can set up a viewing. We do require a $500 deposit upon signing the lease and we require first and last months rent upon move in.
