WHAT MUST I PROVIDE TO FINISH THE APPLICATION PROCESS?

4. Last 3 Months of Pay Stubs + any other documents proving your gross income is a minimum of $2 700.00
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO KNOW IF I AM APPROVED OR NOT?
It typically takes 24 to 48 hours but you must see the home FIRST!
WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT?
The deposit is the same as 2 month's rent. Must be paid first to hold the property for up to 4 weeks.
If approved, applicant(s) have 72 hours to pay the full Security Deposit to hold the property. Failure to pay Security Deposit within the 72 hours, will put the property back on the market. Failure to take possession of the property on your Lease Start Date will make your Security Deposit non-refundable.
If approved, there is also a one time Administrative Fee of $125.00 per property.
WHAT ARE THE MOVE IN COSTS?
Security Deposit (equal ton2 x the rent paid 1st in order to hold)
Full First Month’s Rent,
Pet Fee (if applicable).
All move in fees must be paid in full before you can move in.

You have to have at least 6 months job history at the same job
